This was a major engineering project since the wall supported the weight of the roof and the wall opening spanned over 30ft. The work involved the installation of LVL beams, support columns, electrical, drywall, paint and tile repair. Nick Sandifer and his team did a beautiful job remodeling our kitchen and outside living space. Nick is extremely respectful, easy to work with and professional.
